where can i purchase haiidesigns items?

Online store only. HAIIDESIGNS for Tribia only does online purchases for specific geographic areas. We don’t have any store and we don’t take reservations. For specific African countries, the TRIBIAS will be exclusively available at the « Rock Your Tribia » events. To discover the dates of the special events, make sure you subscribe to our newsletter.


We ship to the following locations:
France, United-Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands: 4 to 7 business days
United-states: 3 to 4 business days
Canada: 2 to 3 business days
All of our accessories are handmade, we therefore reserve ourselves 8 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

track your order?

After purchasing your Tribia, a tracking number will be provided to you once your item(s) are shipped. You will then be able to track your order.

stock renewal

All of our accessories are handmade, so it will take 15 business days to renew our stocks once you see the mark : out of stock on a product. *Applicable for certain products only.


Our online products are not intended for resellers. We therefore reserve ourselves the right to cancel any order we judge not intended for personal use. Please contact us for partnership agreements.

exchange and refund policy

HAIIDESIGNS does not do any kind of refund, but you can exchange your item within 5 business days after placing your order. Please note that the exchange can only be done if the item is in its original condition. All fees related to exchanged items must be assumed by the sender.

broken item

HAIIDESIGNS makes sure that all purchased item are in a perfect condition when they are packed and shipped to our clients. If, for some exceptional reason, your item is in a bad condition, please contact our client services at: tribia@haiidesigns.com
